You can get a mentor

If you need a little extra help with social life, your circadian rhythm or to clarify your future, you can become a mentor student at the college.

Your mentor will help you get the most out of your college time in a good way and move on into the world after your college stay.

For you between 17½ and 19 years old

If you are between 17½ and 19 years old, have not completed a youth education and are applying for admission to one of our college courses, you have the opportunity to receive mentor support during your college stay from one of the school's mentors.

Help in everyday life

As a mentored student, you will be assigned to one of the school's mentors, and together you will make a plan for what you want to do with your stay at the college and how you will achieve it. You will receive sparring through a series of conversations with your mentor about how the plan is going.

If you are in doubt or have any questions, you are very welcome to contact us.

Folk High School and beyond into the world

Your mentor will help you through your time at the college in a good way and further into the world after your time at the college. If you would like to have a mentor, please contact the college.

If you are over 17½ years old, you must also contact your UU advisor in your own municipality and have the college stay included in your education plan.

Next, the UU advisor must send the plan to the school so that we at the university college are best prepared for how we can support you.
The support consists of both conversations and guidance along the way, which is agreed individually at the start of the stay.
