Study guidance

We offer guidance with a focus on personal challenge and development as a help to clarify how you choose between your many options within education or profession, and as a general part of the college's life education.

We help you put a plan

We know that many students use their stay to find out which path in the education system they want to take. The guidance at Ribe Youth Folk High School should help to clarify your understanding of life after your stay at the college and offer you help in clarifying specific educational choices.

The guidance discussions are held with your contact group teacher, your subject teacher or other competent staff member at the college.

The existential guidance takes place along the way and at all possible times, but is also structured with 4 individual conversations between you and your contact teacher each semester.

During the guidance discussions, you can address the following questions:

e-Guidelines

eGuidance is a new guidance service from the Ministry of Education. eGuidance is a supplement to Youth Educational Guidance, UU and Study Choice, which will in future primarily guide young people who have a special need for guidance and support in their educational choices.

Folk High School students, employees and other interested parties can receive guidance via chat, telephone, e-mail and text message about, among other things, educational opportunities, finances during education and job prospects. eGuidance is open day, evening and weekend and makes it possible to get answers to your questions when the need arises.
