Small habits create great sustainability
Sustainability in action and reflection
SUSTAINABILITY
The sustainability subject is both facts, reflection and action towards more balance in ourselves and on our beautiful planet. We work with everything from everyday activism to re-cycling, up-cycling and from farm to table in a sustainable way. We learn how we can contribute to the community with even small new habits and ways of doing things and do our part to help Mother Earth.

Sustainability – Small habits create great sustainability
In Sustainability you will learn how small habits can make a big difference – both for yourself and for the planet. We will take one step at a time towards a more sustainable lifestyle and learn how to integrate sustainability into our daily actions. Through reflection, action and concrete measures you will have the opportunity to contribute to a more sustainable future.
Sustainability – From reflection to action
In the Sustainability subject, we work with everything from everyday activism, re-cycling and up-cycling to farm-to-table principles. We learn how small changes in everyday life can have a big impact – and how we as a community can make a difference. By reflecting on our actions and learning how we can protect nature and help Mother Earth with simple habits, we gain a deeper understanding of our impact on the world around us.
Action and inspiration – From words to deeds
Sustainability is about action. We go on inspirational trips to see how sustainable projects are carried out in practice. We learn to build straw houses, participate in grape harvests, go on garbage drives, hold swap days and maybe a repair café. There is also time to get out into nature, cook over a campfire and get hands-on experience with sustainable cooking. We reach out to the world and inspire each other to take small steps that make a big difference for our planet, ourselves and the community.
