If you've always dreamed of training as hard as they do in the military, bootcamp is just the thing for you. Here, both boys and girls will be challenged through an alternative training that takes place both on land, in water and in the air. The training focuses on fitness and explosive endurance with alternative equipment.

We will play a lot of basketball games, but also focus on getting better in the different facets of the game. Techniques, shooting practice, coverage, tactics, rules and much more. At the end of the subject we will challenge some local teams and show them how we play at UHR.
WOD, AMRAP, EMOM! yes that may sound like gibberish, but when we first get started you’ll get a hate/love relationsship with the secret language. We will train technically and get a full days workout during the classes. By Wednesday all the weeks exercises will be taken careoff and you can relax with good conscience and sore mucles for the rest of the week.
Adventure race is a sport for those of you who love the combination of nature and sport. In this sport all success depends on courage, communication and raw power. Since adventure racing is a team sport, cooperation and communication are crucial for a good result. You will be met with challenges in trail running, obstacle courses, winter swimming and orienteering. So if you're ready to give it gas in the forest, then adventure race is just the thing for you.

So if you want to get closer to the nature and learn basis skills that make you capable to get natureexperiences on your own, then this is the course for you.

In Functional Fitness, we will train coordination, strength, flexibility and general fitness. The training is functional and everyone can join in. The sessions can vary between individual and team workouts and the training will be scaled so that everyone can participate, regardless of previous experience and training level. We work with different equipment and do training both with weights and our own body. There will be a focus on creating fun and teamspirit, and together we will make sure that everyone is having fun!
Here you will experience the freedom of movement. We are going to explore the body’s full potential, your mental prowess and the limitations of the body. Everybody can move and everyone can join, regardless of gender, previous experiences and skills. In Freedom of movement we will take a playful approach to movement and a fun way to be be with friends. We are going to try out many different subjects, with the body in focus, a few examples could be floorwork, yoga, gymnastics, acrobatics and parkour.
Do you enjoy traditional play and games? Playing is a brilliant way to get to know each other and create fun experiences together. Here we will try both old and new games. We will get to play all sorts of things such as; stuck in the mud, Hide and seek and hospital but also games that are perhaps a little less well known such as Knock the owl's head off, Monkey in the tree and Ninja fight. At the same time, we will also get very close to each other when we have to make fun fighting games where you might get a little sweat on your brow!
Volleyball is a wonderful sport. You will learn the basic techniques in the game of volleyball ( serving, smashing and much more) and play a lot of matches against your fellow students. Put a smile on your face, and join in for this amazing sport.
