The flying saucer is not about the unknown flying object in space but the one that flies between people or into the goal post. We are going to play a lot of disc golf and ultimate and try to evolve our skills. We will practice how to use the disc and different ways to do so. Other than that there is a good chance to spend a lot of time outside and having fun.
Here you will experience the freedom of movement. We are going to explore the body’s full potential, your mental prowess and the limitations of the body. Everybody can move and everyone can join, regardless of gender, previous experiences and skills. In Freedom of movement we will take a playful approach to movement and a fun way to be be with friends. We are going to try out many different subjects, with the body in focus, a few examples could be floorwork, yoga, gymnastics, acrobatics and parkour.
The Olympic Games is a giant sportsevent held every fourth year. In the subject Olympic Games we will be active a bit more than every fourth year but will vary our search through the different challenges from the different disciplines we are going to face. So do you like having fun while breaking a sweat in differents olympic disciplines, come and join us with the 4 golden rings.

In Functional Fitness, we will train coordination, strength, flexibility and general fitness. The training is functional and everyone can join in. The sessions can vary between individual and team workouts and the training will be scaled so that everyone can participate, regardless of previous experience and training level. We work with different equipment and do training both with weights and our own body. There will be a focus on creating fun and teamspirit, and together we will make sure that everyone is having fun!
Ball games revolve around the ball. We are gonna visit different sports which also center around the little round ball. Whether the ball has to be kicked, hit or thrown, we are gonna try the different versions out here. Så do you love to get sweaty while running after a ball then ball games are definitely something for you.
Physical activity and Sports

Do you like to do sports and physical activity - we are doing that here! We are going to immerse ourselves into all kinds of different known and unknown sports and activities. If you are experienced or just starting out dosnt matter - everybody can join!
We are going to be both outside and in, do adventurerace, disc-golf and archery. We are going to try a lot of different kinds of fitness, and you are guaranteed to get in better shape while having fun together with your classmates.
Most people have played a little bit of badminton at school or in the garden, but if you would like to get better at the game's many elements, then the Gym is waiting for you. We need to get around the many different parts and techniques of the game and get better together. Through exercises, tactics, technique, cardio training and matches, will we raise our game levels and hopefully understand why the game is so popular world wide? If you would like to try a funny but also physically demanding game than badminton is just the thing for you.
Do you enjoy traditional play and games? Playing is a brilliant way to get to know each other and create fun experiences together. Here we will try both old and new games. We will get to play all sorts of things such as; stuck in the mud, Hide and seek and hospital but also games that are perhaps a little less well known such as Knock the owl's head off, Monkey in the tree and Ninja fight. At the same time, we will also get very close to each other when we have to make fun fighting games where you might get a little sweat on your brow!

Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing is for you, who wants to do something fantastic for yourself, your body and your mind. We practice gentle yin-yoga, where we stretch our body (everybody is able to do these). We also learn different breathing and meditation exercises which can help minimize stress and anxiety. You’ll feel AMAZING after these lessons.
Are you seeking more adventure in the nature and do you miss the quiet peace in outdoor trips? In outdoor we will learn how cook on a campfire and seeks the good natureexperiences. So if you want to get closer to the nature and learn basis skills that make you capable to get natureexperiences on your own, then this is the course for you.
Volleyball is a wonderful sport. You will learn the basic techniques in the game of volleyball ( serving, smashing and much more) and play a lot of matches against your fellow students. Put a smile on your face, and join in for this amazing sport.
How do we improve our bodies in the best way possible? Is it through long distance training or quick interval training with high intensity or something completely different? In circuit training we are gonna try to push our bodies to perform at the peak level. We are gonna test at first and then work out through different styles with your friends and see how we have improved in the end. Så do you want to get in better shape with your friends then circuit training is for you.
Lebron James, Steph Curry, Michael Jordan? Maybe you know them and maybe you dont. Basketball is for everyone whether you are new to the sport or you have competed in the game before. We are gonna start from the bottom and work our way to the complete game through training the different aspects of the game.
