Yoga and Meditation is for you, who wants to do something fantastic for yourself, your body and your mind. We do gentle yin-yoga, where we stretch our body (everybody is able to do these). We also learn different breathing and meditation exercises which can help minimise stress and anxiety. You’ll feel AMAZING after these lessons.
Fermentation and Pickling
We make beautiful, colorfull and different salads with delicious side dishes. We also dive into the wonderful world of fermentation, where we, among other things, make kimchi, salsa, chili sauce and komboucha.
If there is a small bakery hidden in you, you now have the opportunity to try your hand at many different types of baked goods, large and small. Cake, bread those who are healthy and those who are not. There is ample opportunity to unfold and test your baking skills.
To promote the understanding of snacks. Snacks can be healthy and can be used in several contexts. Snacks do not have to be purchased to be tasty.
